Urgent Care Services
  • Chronic Condition Management: When your primary care clinician is unavailable, we offer follow-ups for diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other basic conditions. We cannot refill prescriptions for seizure medication, or controlled substances such as sedatives or narcotics.
  • Eye Conditions: Conjunctivitis (pink eye) and other minor eye irritations
  • Erectile Dysfunction treatment
  • Hair loss therapy
  • Hormone therapy
    1. Low testosterone (men)
    2. Low testosterone and estrogen treatment (women)
    3. Low thyroid levels
  • Mental Health Concerns: Anxiety and depression
  • Mental Health Day: Occasionally, time off is not an option. When that happens, we are ready to help with an excuse for time away from work to allow you to stay healthy and return refreshed.
  • Premature Ejaculation
  • Smoking Cessation
  • Weight loss
  • Medication refills: If you are unable to obtain refills for your medications we can help. We’ll send your refills to your regular pharmacy. This service is unavailable for narcotics, sedatives, seizure medications or stimulants.
  • Maximum Performance Medicine staff are unable to prescribe narcotics or sedatives. Please see a local clinician for treatment of illnesses that require these medications.

Maximum Performance Medicine now offers services similar to an urgent care clinic.

Tier 1: $20.00/month

(up to two visits/month, additional visits $20.00/month):

  1. Allergies: seasonal allergies and mild allergic reactions, etc.
  2. Digestive Issues: acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, stomach aches, etc.
  3. Respiratory Infections: bronchitis, colds, flu, severe or persistent cough, sinus infections, etc.
  4. Skin Conditions: acne, allergic reactions, eczema, rashes, herpes, poison ivy, skin infection, etc.

Tier 2: $60.00/month

(up to two visits/month, additional visits $20.00 each):

Public Servant Discount

Public servants will receive a $20.00 monthly discount on monthly clinic membership charge. For Tier 2 this will bring the monthly membership charge to $40/month and for Top Tier the initial consultation will be $230 and thereafter $80/month.
